    Hi,
These are my two favorite breeds of dogs. Do you happen to have any pictures of them fully grown??? Just wondering.

  2. mire says:

no, I don’t have those pics but I’ll post pics of Mina as she matures :)

she is like 95% rottweiler with just a white parts that are hardly noticable

and her character is rottie like, she runs a lot, bites a lot, growls at the cat or me when she’s excited, chews on steel… :D

she and the cat have been going at each other and there has been blood on the floor :D

  3. someone says:

Oh greatttt, blood on the floor. Are you serious?

  4. mire says:

    sure I am :)

I only saw it once but I first checked myself to see I’m not bleeding ;) I have marks on my hands but not blood, then I saw the cat pierced her skin and it scared me a bit but it was fine later

cat hasn’t got hair at the back of her head and she has bloody bite marks on her head

the puppy really has dominant character, trying to bite everything in site but after she’s cool… I think she’ll grow over it…

Can you ship pups and where are you located?I would be very interested in having two males. How old are these dogs now?

  6. mire says:

    hello :)

if I was in a dog business then sure, but I’m not :)

but maybe in the future I’ll start that… we’ll see :)

the dogs are 2 and a half months old, check out my recent posts about my pup, Mina, there’s a vid too :)

  7. Lisa says:

I don’t get what you mean that the pups are 95% Rott. I thought the cane and the rott were 100%. Wouldn’t that make the pups 50/50?
I hope you keep the kitten away from the dog from now on.

  8. mire says:

I say that because they look like rott, 95% rottie look and maybe 5% cane corso look

they are really 50/50 but by looking at them you couldn’t say that

I’m trying to make her leave my cat alone and chase other male cats that bother my cat :)

if u have any more pups please let me know. i would also like to know more about the temperment with this mix as well as general information such as shedding habbits. prone to disease, hip dysplasia, socialization and the such. anything u can tell me would be helpful. i have raised rotts for years and their temperment matches mine. i love their gumble, grumble growl that most people mistake for aggression. my dogs have pulled my behind out of the fire several times whenever malintentioned people were around and i am forever in debt. currently i have one male rottie and a female jindo. jindo’s are completely different. they are more like rebellious teens and their fighting style is completely wolf. sorry went on tangent train. i have had some limited exp with corsos but want to know more.

hi my rottie just had pup’s almost 2 weeks ago they all have their eyes open already and make the cutest barky grawling noises..the father is cain corso and all the pup’s look like him mostly . wow are they ever BIG !!!! I am going through so much dog food because she is eatting like crazy to feed these puppy’s. there are 5 what a great mix for a large dog. just adorable :)

  11. mire says:

Mina is now almost a year old, she is probably too much socialized ;)
she loves people, other dogs, never had a fight with any dog
she tolerates our cat, barks at other cats that bother my cat

she has 500m2 yard she runs around

we had police training but we failed, she fled when we were going without the leash and then didn’t want to come back

I think that’s because she’s young and restless (teen) but as she gets older I think everything will be fine

she had a surgery so that we don’t get any puppies

I have more of her pics here on the blog

Honestly I think all of you are retarted. I have a Cane Corso and a Rottweiler. Crossing those two breeds would leave a puppy with an extermely high prey drive. The rottweiler was bred in germany for herding. The Cane Corso was bred in Italy for herding. So mina will never leave the cats alone. Unless you know every single thing about a breed or are an experienced dog owner/trainer do not get two dog breeds just because you like them or their looks. Cane Corso’s also have a tendency to be controling, dominate, and dog agressive. My fiance and I are dog trainers and socialize our Cane Corso who is 6 months and yet she is food agressive against dogs and gets very territorial. You can’t break a dog of their nature or against what their bred for. And do not let anybody tell you different. Some breeders will tell you that rottweilers and cane corso’s were bred for gaurding but they weren’t. They do make good gaurd dogs, but it’s not what is in their blood. The rottweiler is very territorial, possesive and bull-headed (so is the corso). Crossing the two breeds will deliver a very stubborn dog that will want to do whatever it wants to.

Also both dogs are prone to have hip displasia (sp). Corso’s are prone to bloating, too. A cross-breed of the two will give the dog a very good chance of hip problems. The rott should have a more slender (still muscular) look to the back legs. Whereas the corso should be all around more muscular and thick. So the corso genes to be more muscular and the shorter height genes of the rott could really add up the problems of the hips. I think it is wrong when people like you cross breed with out thinking!!

Do your research and think before you do something. Or at least get a damn runt for a cane corso. Those puppies are all going to end up being abandoned because people are going to think so many wrong things. You disgust me.

  13. mire says:

actully the rottie/corso breeding was an accident

one guy that breeds rotties had a visit from his neighbours cane corso male and then he had 9 puppies

I got one puppie from him for free, I took the biggest puppy, a female I named Mina

I got her extremly socialized, she even runs away from aggressive street dogs

she tolerates our female cat but doesn’t tolerate other cats

before, my backyard was full of male cats in February, now none, just my female cat (called Mina too btw)

so don’t be so disgusted, ask first, Mina actually has had luck in her life

Actually Cyn….maybe you should do your homework and learn to train your dog better. My Cane is 4 years old and trained at an early age. There is no other dominant being in the house except for me. If you train any large dog properly then you wont have any issues. My dog is not dog aggresive(not fixed and gets along with other dogs that don’t attack him even dogs that aren’t fixed), gets along with cats(loves to chase them), my dog is not food aggressive and my neices and nephews could take a bone away from them with ZERO incident. Just because a dog is bred for herding doesn’t mean they don’t have guarding instincts either. My dog is an excellent guard dog….possibly the best I have ever had. Knowing when to bark, when to standf ground and when to attack. For a trainer your statements are unfounded and completely ridiculous……Also all large dogs are possibly prone to hip dysplasia…..Also, before calling people retarded you may want to learn to spell the word….retard!
